I found this unit easy to follow and I can see how it would be useful for work purposes and to keep up to date with Libraries around the world. Suggestions for keeping the Library relevant and as leaders in technology can be shared easily.

Wikis

Wikis are an interesting way to keep up to date with the latest information . I enjoyed reading some of the entries. I had also thought that "Wikipedia" was not really very reliable but after reading some of the articles regarding the authenticity, I have changed my opinion.

Welcome to the future

This is my first time blogging and it is good to be up-to-date with the rest of the world. I hope to keep in contact with other library tech's and share their experiences with the moving into the e-world of the library while maintaining the personal touch that a visit to the library offers.
I enjoy Ian Rankin books and the Rebus TV series adapted from the books. The characters never look the same in my imagination though!!!
